Refund Update

Hey everyone,

All the refunds that I could issue have been issued. Most of you should see the money in your accounts already or they will show up in the next 5-10 days (Kickstarter gives that time frame).

There will most likely be 2 refunds per Backer (Unless you never finished the survey or paid for anything via BackerKit). So you may not see all your money refunded in lump sum.

I don't know if Kickstarter or BackerKit notifies you when a refund has been made or a pledge has been cancelled.  I imagine they should.

If you haven't been notified or don't see the funds. You may want to check your pledge/BackerKit to see if it has been changed. If nothing has changed, you will most likely need to update your payment info.

There are a number of people that still need to be refunded, but their payment information needs to be updated. If you are one of these people, let me know when you've updated your info. I can't really send you your money back otherwise.

If no one contacts me, that would mean I'm essentially done refunding pledges and all the parcels have been sent out. So this is almost the end of this project. I'd still like to do some sort of post-mortem post next month as I imagine I'll still be refunding for the remainder of this month.

Also!

I'm really happy to hear people are getting their parcels! I'd love to see the miniatures in action or all painted up. Please tag me if you post anything with them.

Final Shipping Update

Hey everyone,

Good news. Everything has been shipped out! If you've opted in to get your miniatures there is a parcel on it's way to you.

If you have a opted for a refund or need a partial refund. I'll be working on it tomorrow and over the next week to issue all the refunds. Partial refunds may take longer due to BackerKit... previous attempts to edit surveys have been met with steps to make it as tedious as possible!

The end of this project is in sight. Again, I am sorry that this has taken this long. Thank you for your support.

Just a reminder to those that have opted in to get your miniatures. You should just double check the address in your BackerKit survey. I'm hoping to start sending things out this week if all goes well.

Hey everyone,

Today I sent out the final e-mail regarding orders/pledges. If you haven't received anything please check your spam and check your BackerKit e-mail to see if it is up to date or check your e-mail associated with your BackerKit profile.

I'm going to give it till September 1st before I start offering anything left over to people that requested extras. I'll start issuing refunds and shipping out orders in September.

Again, please double check your e-mails. If you responded to me, I have read it! Thank you for all your messages and for getting back to me. I'd love to respond to every single message/e-mail, but it's a lot of e-mails. Thanks for your support throughout all of this.

August Update

Hey everyone,

Thanks for your support and patience throughout this whole project. I'd like to say we're in the final stretch of this whole thing.

A few things I'd like to just mention:

• I've been trying to work through the e-mails. There is limited stock and a few of the miniatures are running low already. Yesterday and today I sent out a large wave of e-mails trying to pick up the pace. If you could please check your e-mails and get back to me ASAP. That would be appreciated, thanks.

• Regarding 3D printing files, I think I'll just avoid complicating an already tedious process. I'd prefer to get your money refunded to you and have you purchase the files when they are available. Then I can actually call this project finished ASAP, I think we would all like to call this resolved and move on from here!

• Releasing the files will be through my Patreon, as I will be spending time cleaning them up for release. With how production went, I just have the base sculpts which aren't keyed or split up. So they won't be released all together in one pile since I have to work it in my schedule while I continue working on new stuff, etc. 
• If you're interested in 3D printing miniatures, you can either support me on Patreon and get a variety of miniature files every month or you can pick up each file individually on my Web Store when they are released. I don't have an ETA on the Kickstarter Miniature files since I don't plan to release anything related to this Kickstarter until it is finished.

• A few people have reached out already regarding their pledges. I'll be contacting everyone via e-mail with a final confirmation on how we proceed with each pledge. I'm sticking to either refund or receiving miniatures, as I said before I'd rather not complicate an already tedious process.
